DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?
We do not offer a dedicate gift wrapping service unfortunately. However, if you have a specific request, we can definitely see what we can do!
DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?
We do offer a repair service. The item must still be within its warranty period to be offered our repair service.
HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?
We offer a 3 month warranty. This includes the replacement, partial refund or refund for an products that have manufacturing errors. Your warranty will not include the wear and tear of items. Please keep your items safe!
IS YOUR ONLINE STORE SECURE?
Yes, our payment system offers a secure gateway completed with necessary SSL security certificates.
IS ALL THE PERSONAL DATA I ENTER ON YOUR SITE SAFE?
Yes your data is safe with us! We do not pass on any of the data you enter into our website.
HOW DO I REDEEM A VOUCHER CODE OR GIFT CARD?
Please enter the code in the box in your checkout page. If your code does not work, please do let us know. Please note voucher codes do contain expiry dates.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
As of now, we are working with the Royal Mail to deliver items internationally as well as domestically. We hope to increase our channels of delivery soon!
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM?
Please contact us if you have not received your item 3-5 days after it was due. We will look into this for you and work with you to find the best solution.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER IS PLACED?
Please log in to "My Account" where you will receive updates on your order. You will also receive confirmation emails straight to the email address you used to place the order stating all of the necessary details.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we are more than happy to. Please note the shipping cost will vary from country and also be determined by the size of the parcel being sent. Please contact us for a specific price.
WHERE ELSE CAN I PURCHASE FOREVER JUJU MERCHANDISE?
The website and our official social media pages including Etsy, are the only places you can purchase FOREVER JUJU merchandise. Please contact us for a full list of sites.
IS THE VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES OR WILL IT BE ADDED AT CHECKOUT?
VAT is charged at 20% and is included in the retail price. We are not able to handle VAT exempt sales over the web, please feel free to contact us on customerserivces@foreverjuju.com.
